A 25% deposit is required in order to secure your booking and the final balance will be due 8 weeks before the reantal start date.
A key deposit of £100 is also payable with the final balance. This will be returned as soon as we receive our keys back after your return home.
For your convenience we can accept payment in the following ways:
Arrival and Departure:
In order that our guests may take advantage of the incredibly low airfares on offer at the moment, we try to be flexible regarding changeover days and arrival / departure times.
Please note however, that this is always subject to other bookings and to allow sufficient time for cleaning. It may be necessary to restrict access to the property until 4 pm on the day of arrival and after 10 am on the day of departure.
You are very welcome to discuss this at the time of booking.
Property Manager:
For your complete peace of mind, our Caretaker is British. He speaks Spanish fluently and takes care of the house, gardens and swimming pool. Ben lives locally and can be contacted in case of an emergency and regarding any problems relating to the villa.
