Outside the Villa
Access to the villa is through lockable gates giving a sense of security and ensuring the safety of young children. It is surrounded by a brick built wall which backs onto green belt land offering peace and privacy.
To the front is a rockery garden with colourful bougainvillea shrubs and young palm trees. A shady terrace provides a peaceful place to sit if the hustle and bustle of the pool area becomes too much!
To the rear of the property is a large sunny (south facing) garden with a superb 8m x 4m private swimming pool. It has roman steps into the shallow end and a feature slide into the deep end making it a big hit with children (and adults) of all ages.
We always have a variety of inflatables available for use in the pool as well as toys, chairs and parasols which can also be taken to the beach.
A large terrace area, complete with sun loungers surrounds the pool and a wooden pergola offers some welcome shade.
To complete the picture there is a large BBQ and a table and chairs for al fresco dining, making this garden a focal point of the property.
There is a drive area offering parking for 2 small cars and there is also ample on-street parking at the front of the property.
